So, I went ahead and decided to remake that Small Prada Galleria Saffiano Special Edition Bag. Yeah, you know the one – it’s like, super popular. They keep bringing it back every season, and for good reason, right? It’s a classic. And this special edition thing? Makes it even more, well, special.
First off, I hit up all the usual spots online, you know, the forums and all that, just trying to figure out where everyone was getting their remakes. There was a lot of chatter about specialty stores, so I checked out a few of those. Prices were all over the place, man. Some were crazy high, others seemed a little too good to be true, you know?
After digging around for a while, I decided I wanted to try remaking it myself. So I got myself a nice piece of Saffiano leather. The real deal, not that fake stuff. It’s a bit pricey, sure, but if you’re gonna do it, you gotta do it right, yeah?
Then came the fun part – putting it all together. I’m not gonna lie, it was tricky. There are so many little details in this bag. Getting the stitching just right, making sure the hardware was lined up perfectly, all that stuff.
